Is the system in Arabic? Can reports print in Arabic?
Yes. The whole system works in Arabic, right to left, and in English. Each user picks a language, and PDF reports print in the language they choose.
Can I buy one module only?
Yes. Start with the module you need, such as accounting or inventory, and add the rest at any time without moving data.
Does it support ETA e-invoicing and e-receipts?
Yes: automatic submission to the ETA system, the signing agent for the USB token, the UUID and QR code on the invoice, and import of supplier e-invoices.
Does it handle VAT and our fiscal year?
Yes. VAT is 14% by default and can be changed, withholding tax is included, and the fiscal year can start in any month.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, in a phone browser, and employees get a dedicated app for attendance, requests and payslips.

Can the system be customized to the way our company works?
Yes. We customize fields, approval flows, reports, print templates and integrations with your systems, and we build new features your business needs. Every customization is listed in your quote with its delivery date.
Can you move my data from Excel or my old program?
Yes. We import opening balances, the chart of accounts, items, customers and suppliers, with a preview and checks before saving. Data migration is part of every quote.
Cloud or on my own server?
Mizan runs in the cloud, on a secured server with automatic backups. If you have specific requirements about where your data is kept, talk to us about them.
How many users and branches can I have?
As many as you need. You set the number of users and branches in your quote request.
Do you offer training and support?
Yes. Every quote includes hands-on training for each role in your team and technical support after go-live.
Data and security
Where is my data stored, and is it backed up?
On a secured server, over an encrypted connection, with automatic daily backups kept away from the main server.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data belongs to your company, and you can export everything to Excel at any time.
Can a document be changed after approval?
An approved document is never deleted or silently edited. It is voided with a reversal entry and the correct one is recorded, so the full history is kept.
