Questions about this module
Does it suit a company whose fiscal year starts in July?
Yes. You choose the fiscal year start during setup: January, July or any other month. All reports and the year-end close follow it.
Does it support ETA e-invoices and e-receipts?
Yes. Invoices, credit notes and debit notes are submitted automatically, signing with the USB token runs through the Mizan Signer, and the printed invoice carries the UUID and a QR code.
Can you bring my opening balances and chart of accounts from Excel?
Yes. We import the chart of accounts, opening balances, customers and suppliers from Excel, with a preview and checks before anything is saved.
What happens if someone makes a mistake in an approved document?
An approved document is never deleted. It is voided, the system posts a reversal entry, and the correct document is recorded. The full history stays visible to your auditor.
Does it handle withholding tax?
Yes. Withholding tax is deducted automatically on documents and Form 41 is prepared every quarter, along with the VAT return figures for each period.
